Day 3 in Detail: Kelingking Beach and Angel Billabong
The Nusa Penida day is the big one, so we run it carefully. Speedboats leave from Sanur in the morning, when the strait is at its calmest. On the island, a private car and driver take you along the west coast: the Kelingking viewpoint first, before the crowds thicken, then Angel Billabong and Broken Beach, with a relaxed local lunch between stops. Penida’s roads are winding and the viewpoints involve some walking, so we pace the day generously — this is not a march through a checklist. Most guests are back at their Bali hotel between 5 and 6 pm, in time to shower before dinner.
